Hrishant Sharma Awarded URF for Deep Learning Streamflow Study

We are thrilled to announce that one of our undergraduate researchers, Hrishant Sharma, has been awarded the Undergraduate Research Fellowship (URF) from the College of Science and Engineering, Texas State University — a highly competitive award given to only about 10–12 students each semester. His award-winning project is titled:

“Benchmarking Deep Learning Models for Sub-Seasonal Streamflow Forecasting: A Case Study in the Yellowstone River Basin.”

He mentioned "I am truly grateful to Dr. Eunsang Cho and all lab members who have supported me throughout this journey. Your guidance and encouragement have played a major role in my growth as a researcher."
